FOUNTAINS: HISTORICAL and 20TH CENTURY
In this series of slides all kinds of fountains from many countries are included. Basically there are those in which water is propelled upwards and outwards (jets and sprays), those which depend on gravity (cascades, waterfalls, water, curtains, trickling water, rills and channels), and combinations of both. All, whether large and complex or small and simple, display great imagination and ingenuity of design - even indoors.
